Anhui Agricultural Cooperative processes 80,000 tons of wheat straw (initial moisture content 28%-32%) annually, which needs to be dried to below 12% for feed pressing. The original natural gas drum drying faced the following problems:
1. Energy costs accounted for 55% (natural gas prices fluctuated violently)
2. Uneven temperature of traditional hot air furnaces caused straw to coke (coking rate > 7%)
3. Carbon emissions exceeded the standard (CO₂ emissions per ton of straw 58kg)
In order to solve these difficulties, Jiutian Machinery's technical and business personnel began to think about how to solve these problems, and then they thought of replacing the heat source equipment, and then replaced the heat source with a biomass boiling furnace, which can perfectly solve these three problems.
1. Energy efficiency reduces costs
High-moisture straw (moisture content ≤ 40%) can be directly burned without pre-drying, saving pre-treatment costs, compatible with straw briquettes, crushed materials, and even mixed ash (within 20%), with flexible fuel sources.
2. Accurate temperature control to ensure drying quality
Uniform heating, stable fluidized bed combustion temperature (850±20℃), hot air temperature fluctuation ±3℃ after heat exchange, avoiding local overheating and causing straw to burn (burning rate <1%).
3.3. Environmental protection and emission reduction, in line with green standards
Low carbon emissions, almost zero carbon footprint of burning biomass, CO₂ emissions per ton of straw <10kg (about 50kg for natural gas drying).
